For two weeks in August 2016 the Live Works PoP (Pavilion of Participation) was used by arts programme Ruskin in Sheffield and transformed into a participatory space for art.

The ‘Use and Beauty Parlour’ was located in The Moor shopping precinct in Sheffield city centre and was visited by 1500 people. Visitors were introduced to John Ruskin’s ideas of craftsmanship and beauty and their contemporary relevance to Sheffield’s communities. Artists who worked with visitors included Coralie Turpin, Henk Littlewood and Seiko Kinoshita.
