Live Works undertakes research in collaboration with community groups and our academic partners. Our research work is contributing to global discourse on topics such as local resilience, sustainable regeneration, creative community engagement and co-design.

Drawing on 20 years experience working with communities in and around Sheffield, Live Works has the knowledge, skills and networks to facilitate the production of academic research using a range of innovative tools and methods.

Our expertise in design research, co-design and creative engagement and analysis, along with our extensive local networks, provides researchers with the opportunity to act locally and think globally.
